What You Will Be Doing: Injury Management & Rehabilitation Consulting Support individuals recovering from workplace injuries through tailored return-to-work plans Provide specialist advice to clients, insurers, and stakeholders Manage your own caseload and schedule with true flexibility Conduct assessments, attend case conferences, and implement sustainable recovery strategies Deliver services across Workers Compensation, ComCare, and non-compensation schemes Why This Role: Above-industry base salary of up to $125,000 Super Bonuses Professional Development allowance Full-time work in a 9-day fortnight model – enjoy every second Friday off Use of a company vehicle, smartphone, tablet, and remote-access systems Operate with true autonomy – work from home or regionally with minimal restrictions Flat team structure with meaningful support and respect for your professional judgment Real impact – help individuals return to meaningful work and life What You Will Need: Tertiary qualification as an Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Psychologist Full professional registration (e.g., AHPRA, ESSA) Current police clearance or willingness to obtain Valid driver’s licence to support client travel and flexibility Passion for holistic care, client outcomes, and professional integrity Interested in this position?
